  06/ Are fuel cells covered by any regulations?
 
To date there are no standards and regulations in this area, but expert committees (TC 105, TC 197) are in the process of establishing a system of international standards. Particular attention is being paid to those aspects linked to safety and regulation in respect of this new technology, as well as its acceptability to the public.
